By using the Site, submitting a financing inquiry, or consenting to receive communications from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent, and agree to these Terms.

By submitting a financing inquiry, you consent to be contacted by NextDay Funding Group and our referral partners regarding your inquiry and financing options, including by email. You may provide your phone number so we or our referral partners can call you about your inquiry if needed.

Email opt-out: Use the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email to stop receiving marketing emails at any time. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional messages related to your inquiry.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including financing providers and referral partners such as Reveal Lending. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with third-party providers are solely between you and that provider.

We may receive compensation from financing providers or referral partners when you are connected with or choose to work with them. This referral relationship does not influence the information we provide and does not constitute an endorsement.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to NextDay Funding Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
